Ecommerce Executive (Data & Order Processing) - Dyson

1. Ecommerce Operation Management (Primary Focus)

• Manage daily ecommerce operations across marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Website)
• Coordinate with KAM, Marketing, and Supply team to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor order flow, cancellation rate, return order and fulfillment performance
• Identify operational issues and propose improvements

2. Reporting & Dashboard Management (Strong Excel / Query/BI)

• Build and maintain automated performance dashboards
• Prepare daily / weekly / monthly business reports
• Create tracking for:
  • campaign performance
  • traffic & conversion
  • pricing & promotion
  • SKU performance
  • platform contribution

3. Data Automation & System Optimization

• Extract data from marketplaces / internal systems
• Use Excel / Query / BI tools to automate reporting
• Reduce manual workload and human error
• Improve reporting speed and accuracy
• Standardize reporting templates across platforms

Relevant Experience:

• Preferred Skills:
• 2-3 years in Ecommerce operation / Ecommerce analyst / Sales operation
• Strong experience in marketplace operation (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok)
• Experience in ecommerce performance tracking
• Analytical skills, business planning, ecommerce expertise, data driven mindset, project management, take-ownership, high pressure.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and analytics tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
