Ecommerce executive

·       Manage e-commerce platoform of KNSI Group : Like shopee, Lazada, Tiktok

·       Manager brands on Thermoceuticals  (skincare), Theradome (Hair growth device) on all ecommerce/Online  platforms.

·       Implement activities to optimize sales effectiveness (prices, promotion, product images...) on e-commerce platform.

·       Consulting and supporting customers through online channels to ensure sales effectiveness and customer service quality

·       Proficiently use the Seller Center tool of Tiktokshop, Shopee, Lazada

·       Work with marketing team to push sales on all ecommerce platforms.

·       Manage inventory and stock for all ecommerce plaform.

·       Regularly research & update on the market, update trends and consumer behavior on e-commerce sites to the line manager

·       Any other task assigned by Sales Manager

• University degree in Business, marketing or ecommerce related field.
• 2+ years of experience in operating ecommerce platform like Shopee, Lazada etc.
• English fluency is a priority.
• Have experience working at cosmetic brands or are passionate about the beauty cosmetics industry
• Have strategic planning and orientation skills, data working skills, analytical and problem solving skills, result oriented, proactive, organized and have a high sense of responsibility.
