Develop and implement online marketing strategies and campaigns to optimize customer experience and satisfaction, enhance marketing effectiveness, and drive online sales revenue across E-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc.).
- Plan and collaborate with the internal sales/commercial team and external suppliers to build promotion campaigns to achieve the business KPIs (Sales, Engagement and Marketing objectives, …)
- Support the development of campaign ideas and execute initiatives under clear strategic directions (Platform campaigns, Category campaigns, etc.)
- Monitor and propose initiatives to optimize sales channels such as video shopping, livestream, flash sales, and more.
- Implement promotional programs and coordinate platform campaign registrations, ensuring smooth execution of all deals.
- Work directly with the platform’s KA/BD team to ensure smooth store operations and maximize promotional benefits and visibility.
Report and analyze to identify opportunities for enhancing store performance and optimizing processes.
- Collect and review performance insights/data on a monthly and campaign basis, providing key learnings and recommendations for improvement.
- Keep up with E-Commerce trends, new initiatives, market best practices to find out more new initiatives for improving site conversion, shopper engagement.
