EHS Manager

- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations in chemical manufacturing operations while minimizing risks and improving workplace conditions.
- Develop, implement, and monitor EHS policies in accordance with legal regulations and international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OSHA, etc.).
- Oversee occupational safety, health, and environmental risk management at the plant.
- Assess environmental impact, manage waste disposal, hazardous chemicals, emissions, and wastewater treatment compliance.
- Conduct training programs on occupational safety, emergency response, and environmental protection for employees.
- Investigate workplace accidents, environmental incidents, and propose preventive measures.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities (Ministry of Natural Resources & Environment, Department of Industry & Trade, Fire Prevention Department, etc.) for inspections and compliance reporting.
- Develop and implement EHS improvement plans, introduce risk mitigation initiatives, and enhance overall safety performance.

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
- Professional EHS certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) are an advantage.
- Experienced in environmental and safety management(At least 5 years more)
- Preferential treatment for government employees and Chemical Plant Experienced
