A. Environmental Management (Main Focus)
Take full responsibility for environmental compliance in accordance with local regulations.
Operate, monitor, and maintain the wastewater treatment system (WWTP).
Monitor influent and effluent quality to ensure compliance standards are met.
Prepare and submit environmental reports to authorities as required.
Manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste, including proper classification and disposal.
Coordinate periodic environmental monitoring (wastewater, air emissions, solid waste, etc.).
Propose improvement initiatives to optimize WWTP performance and cost efficiency.
B. EHS Management
Implement and maintain EHS policies and procedures.
Conduct environmental and safety training for employees.
Perform environmental and safety risk assessments.
Investigate environmental/safety incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Wastewater Treatment Technology, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating wastewater treatment systems in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience working with environmental authorities is an advantage.
Ability to analyze technical data and troubleshoot WWTP issues.
Good command of English (reading and communication).
Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive.
