Electrical Engineering Manager

Job Description

· Direct the design and development of electrical systems and components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

· Review and approve engineering designs, specifications, and documentation.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the development and testing phases.

· Oversee multiple electrical engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.

· Implement project management best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

· Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Job Requirement

• Fluent in English
• Proven experience as a electrical engineering manager (from 10 years of experience)
• A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB).
• Excellent project management skills and experience with project management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
