Job Description

Perform functional testing and debugging of assembled machines to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical issues in machine systems.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for system failures and implement corrective actions.
Work closely with the assembly and engineering teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Utilize diagnostic tools to identify faults.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and wiring diagrams for troubleshooting.
Document test procedures, failure reports, and recommended solutions.
Analyze repetitive failure issues and propose process improvements to reduce defects and downtime.
Support production teams in optimizing machine assembly, testing efficiency, and product quality.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in testing and troubleshooting automation, industrial machinery, or mechanical systems.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools, test equipment, and troubleshooting methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of 5S, PDCA, and other Kaizen tools for continuous improvement.
Good in using English
