Job Description

Execute planned activities to foster team engagement/internal communication including but not limited to onboarding, retention, recognition, diversity, wellness and other activities aimed at creating a positive workplace environment.
Take part in building up ideas and executing engagement programs to attract and retain valuable employees
Create content, design and edit internal communication types including but not limited to presentations, announcements, social media posts, visuals, and videos
Provide various administrative & operational support to employee’s learning & development activities/programs
Execute internal communication plans to ensure vision, values, initiatives and organizational information are communicated effectively
Implement employee engagement programs & foster the company’s culture ensuring all initiatives/activities are promoted and delivered
Other tasks are as assigned by Line Manager

Bachelor's Degree, major in Communication, Marketing, Business or related fields
MUST HAVE ability to use these graphic design and video editing tools: Canva, Illustrator, Capcut
Good verbal & written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Detail-oriented, creative, flexible and positive working attitude
