A. Employer Branding (70–80%)
· Develop and lead the country-level Employer Branding strategy and execution plan aligned with business growth and hiring demands.
· Partner with TA team and Business Leaders to co-create and implement EB initiatives across all Business Units.
· Plan and execute Employer Branding campaigns and activities across channels (social media, job platforms, career fairs, university engagement, internal branding, etc.).
· Own content creation including articles, social posts, and campaigns to promote Japfa as an employer of choice.
· Ensure consistent employer branding messaging and identity across all channels and touchpoints.
· Manage and optimize EB channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, career site, etc.) to maximize reach and engagement.
· Track, analyze, and improve EB performance metrics (engagement, reach, application conversion, etc.).
B. Sourcing Strategy & Talent Pipeline (10–15%)
· Analyze existing candidate sources and pipeline quality across BUs.
· Propose and implement sourcing plans to support hiring needs (especially for critical roles).
· Explore and expand new sourcing channels (referrals, social sourcing, partnerships, etc.).
· Build and maintain talent pools for key positions.
C. Reporting & Analysis (10–15%)
· Prepare and manage Talent Acquisition reports (source of hire, pipeline status, hiring performance).
· Provide insights and recommendations to improve sourcing efficiency and EB impact.
· Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and conversion rates.
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
· 2–4 years of experience in Employer Branding / Recruitment Marketing / Talent Acquisition.
· Strong content creation and storytelling skills.
· Good analytical mindset with ability to read and interpret data.
· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
· Creative, proactive, and result-driven.
