Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development:

- Lead and manage projects involving the design, integration, and implementation of frequency converters and energy storage systems.

- Prepare technical documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and project reports.

- Ensure timely creation and release of the BOM to meet manufacturing targets.

2. Project Management and Coordination:

- Collaborate with the project manager and other stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.

- Establish project plan based on engineering hours budget.

- Provide technical guidance and support to project team.

- Report on project progress.

3. Other Duties:

- Manage class approval and product certification processes for assigned projects.

- Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) when needed.

- Stay updated on rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.

·         Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering, Power Systems, or a similar Engineering discipline.

·         Technical Expertise:

• Proficient in design CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of frequency drives and power electronics.
• Experience with PLC programming and software configuration is an advantage.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Independent, proactive, structured, resourceful, and eager to learn.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
