1. Lean Engineer
- Standardize procedures, track performance, improve workflows, and apply Lean methods to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Optimize processes for quality and efficiency, drive cost reduction through ROI and savings tracking
- Lead Kaizen, 5S, and layout improvements, deliver Lean training, and support development.
- Validate improvements using data and simulations
2. Failure Analysis Corrective Action Engineer (FACA engineer)
- Monitor production yield and investigate test/inspection failures.
- Analyze production and test data to identify trends and recurring issues.
- Apply root cause analysis methods to identify failure sources.
- Use statistical tools (Pareto, control charts, regression) to support Decision-making.
- Develop and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Prepare detailed failure analysis reports and present findings to internal and external stakeholders. Participate in customer audits, quality reviews, and continuous improvement activities.
- Lead and support quality improvement initiatives across departments and suppliers.
- Strong analytical mindset with knowledge of 5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D, Minitab/JMP.
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant.
- English is a must (TOEIC 605 and above, or IELTS equivalent certificate)
- 1–3 years in manufacturing, with a focus on Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, TQM, or Continuous Improvement. (LEAN ENGINEER)
- 1–3 years of experience in quality, production, or failure analysis. Strong analytical mindset with knowledge of 5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D, Minitab/JMP (FACA ENGINEER)
