1. Experience in ASEAN/EU/US/China/India ergonomics requirements. Build digital human models to validate cockpit layout, seating, visibility, and reach.
2. Ergonomic Simulation & Evaluation Perform simulations for: visibility (forward & mirrors), reachability, posture, ingress/egress, and comfort.
3. Digital & Physical Correlation Correlate simulation results with mockups, user trials, and test vehicles.
4. Design Improvement & Reporting Propose countermeasures and generate reports for each design loop.
5. Cross-functional Support Support design, packaging, and HMI teams to improve usability and comfort.
6. Automation Development Develop scripts/tools to improve efficiency in posture setup, reach, and vision analysis.
1. At least 2 years of experience in automotive ergonomics, human factors engineering, or usability development (driver interaction, seating comfort, visibility, reach analysis).
2. 2-3 years of experience using ergonomics tools: RAMSIS, CATIA Human Builder, Siemens Jack, or equivalent.
3. Knowledge of global standards: SAE (J826, J287), ISO (7250, 15537), FMVSS (111), UNECE visibility regulations, and OEM guidelines.
