Provide technical support for engineering projects, assist project managers and engineers in formulating and optimizing technical solutions, and assist in solving on-site technical problems.
Manage and maintain relevant information and documents of engineering projects, including archiving and management of engineering drawings, technical documents, etc., to ensure the completeness and accuracy of information.
Assist in selecting and managing suppliers, communicate and coordinate with suppliers, solve material supply and quality problems, ensure timely supply and quality control of materials and equipment.
Track the progress of engineering projects, collect and organize project progress reports, timely feedback on project progress, and assist project managers in formulating and adjusting project plans.
Assist in engineering quality inspection, participate in project quality evaluation, propose improvement suggestions and plans, ensure that the project meets the company's Quality Standards and specifications.
Assist in project cost control, collect and organize project cost data, write cost analysis reports, review project budgets and expense reimbursement.
Provide after-sales support for engineering projects, assist in solving after-sales problems and customer complaints; maintain Customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in the safety management of engineering projects, participate in safety inspections, discover and rectify safety hazards, and ensure that the safety standards and measures of the construction site are implemented.
Job Requirement
College degree or above in engineering management, civil engineering, mechanical engineering or related majors.
More than 2 years of engineering-related work experience, with experience in the retail industry or similar industries preferred.
Familiar with engineering project management processes and technical specifications, strong technical analysis and problem-solving skills.
Has a high sense of responsibility and stress resistance, excellent communication and coordination skills, and teamwork spirit.
Proficient in working software and engineering management software.
