Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment and compensation & benefits (C&B) activities. The role will focus 60% on recruitment and 40% on C&B administration. Good English communication skills are required.

1. Recruitment (60%)
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (posting jobs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines.

  • Prepare job offers and employment contracts.

  • Support employer branding activities.

  • Maintain and update recruitment reports.

2. Compensation & Benefits (40%)
  • Prepare HR documents such as labor contracts, amendments, and related paperwork.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

  • Support HR reporting and audits when required.

  • Other admin tasks

Job Requirement

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 1+ years of HR experience

  • Good English communication skills (both written and spoken).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Good knowledge of labor law and payroll processes.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR software is a plus.
