ERP Technical Lead

Participate in and manage the implementation of ERP projects with external partners or through in-house development.

Design and develop Web/App applications to support work management and internal operations.

Manage the technical team following Agile methodology: assign tasks, provide guidance and technical support to team members, review source code, and ensure project progress and quality.

Define, analyze, and design system architecture to ensure sustainability, information security, high performance, maintainability, scalability, and extensibility.

Collaborate with business departments and the Head of IT to ensure solutions are practical and aligned with business requirements.

Provide technical consulting and contribute to improving internal software development processes.

Minimum 5 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a Technical Lead or equivalent role.

Proven experience in managing software development teams.

Hands-on experience in developing or implementing ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Bravo, etc.).

Proficiency in technologies and programming languages:

• Back-end: Node.js, PHP, Python, or Java.

• Front-end: React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

Experience in PDF processing and image processing.

Ability to read and understand technical documents in English.

Strong ability to understand business processes with solid system thinking.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and task management skills.
