Job Description

To review tender documents and other related documents and find out relevant information necessary for tender
To prepare BOQ, do material take-Off, and estimate for costing purpose for tender for Mechanical work scope (Piping, tank, equipment, firefighting etc), including finding out cost and sourcing for supplier/ subcon
Work with other proposal team members and other department including engineering, procurement, project and BD on tender estimation and submission
To support others disciplines (incl. civil, E&I etc) in proposal department for various works that may need when required, including documentation
To report to Proposal Manager, and carry out any other works required
To support tender activities when required including all related documentation works e.g. prequalification document etc
Occasionally may need to travel to overseas for tendering / BD activity
Any other works as instructed by Proposal manager and/or BD manager
Give support (e.g. QS, project department, etc) on matters relating to price estimation and others etc
To support BD activities as and when required especially in connection with Tender works, including follow up with Client on submitted tenders, calling clients, meetings etc.
