● Social Media Management & Website Administration:
- Create content and design informative and engaging posts for INCHAM events, daily news, and other relevant updates regarding the chamber.
- Enhance and improve engagement across Facebook, Linkedin, Website and email communications.
● Event Coordination:
- Jointly plan and execute materials needed for event with manager
- Liaise with vendors to obtain quotations and coordinate necessary arrangements.
- Oversee backstage operations during events.
● Community management:
- Maintain and manage relevant databases of members in an organized manner.
- Working with various government agencies, negotiating with different parties, and finding solutions to problems.
● Other administrative tasks assigned by manager
- Degree in English Linguistics, International Relations, or related fields (fresh graduates with event organizing experience are welcome).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Good use in design tools: Canva, Adobe Photoshop.
- Good ability in content creating for social media posts.
- Prior experience in event coordination (including university clubs) is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) is required.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proactive “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn.
