Event Marketing Executive

- Understand target audiences and assist teams to develop an event strategy that supports business goals

- Managing marketing materials internally sending to external events

- Maintaining Event SharePoint site other event tracking tools

- Assist in creation of staff biographies

- Act as point person for PMCCs corporate membership directory

- Develop and execute event & local marketing plans

- Build strong relationships with internal partners across the organization, in particular the event producers – the event project managers, and the content programmers

- Manage and coordinate each event's campaign components including print, digital, social, telemarketing, direct mail\

- Oversee the development, design and execution of all event themes, brand and creative journey elements, and ensure all in line with objectives and overall event strategy

- Review results and causes of significant variances

- Control MKT cost by project
