Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Event Marketing Executive to plan and execute on-ground brand activations and small-scale events at KATINAT. This role focuses on enhancing brand presence and customer engagement through acoustic music nights, sampling programs, interactive check-in booths, and activation events.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Plan, organize, and manage small-scale branded events in KATINAT (e.g., acoustic shows, coffee sampling, product trial, customer engagement booths).

·      Collaborate with partners, vendors, performers, and production teams to ensure seamless event execution.

·      Develop event concepts aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives.

·      Coordinate logistics including venue setup, branding materials, staffing, and equipment.

·      Work with the design team or external agencies to develop event collaterals (posters, invites, backdrops, props, etc.).

·      Monitor event performance on-site and provide support to ensure smooth operations.

·      Drive customer participation through pre-event hype (online/offline) and on-site engagement mechanics (games, photo booths, giveaways).

·      Capture customer data and feedback during events to support future marketing strategies.

·      Assist with post-event reporting, evaluation, and recommendations for improvement

Job Requirement

·      Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.

·      1–3 years of experience in event marketing or brand activation, especially in F&B or lifestyle industries.

·      Passion for organizing live events and strong interest in café culture, music, and experiential marketing.

·      Excellent planning and time management skills with attention to detail.

·      Good communication and negotiation skills when working with suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
