Job Description
This position will assist Marcom Manager in overseeing the end-to-end planning, coordination, and on-ground execution of customer-facing and internal events. Acts as the main point of contact between units and supporting teams (Media, Culinary, Digital Marketing) to ensure each event is aligned with brand standards, business objectives, and execution quality.
1.EVENT PLANNING
- Build production plans, detailed run-downs, and budgets for each event
- Work with business units to define event objectives, target audience, and key activities, ensuring business-relevant messaging and engagement
- Develop and maintain annual event calendar
- Align event plans with Marcom for pre-during and post-event communications
2. EVENT COORDINATION & SUPERVISION
- Coordinate with internal teams and manage vendors
- Supervise and directly execute (when necessary) set-up, on-site operations, and team assignments
- Ensure event materials and branding follow approved guidelines
3. GASTRONOMY TEAM COORDINATION
- Serve as the main coordinator for team Gastronomy’s event-related activities
- Receive and track requests for culinary support, demos, content production, and internal training
- Manage and align the shared calendar of the Gastronomy team, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
4. REPORTING & EVALUATION
- Gather event feeback and insights for improvements
- Evaluate event performance against objectives and ROI, recommend improvement
5. OTHERS
- Coordinate on event-related press releases, media kits, and post-event coverage
- Maintain and update internal media contact list
- Other duties that may be assigned by line manager and BOD from time to time
