Job Summary
Gardenline has a successful 30 years operating history, commencing in 1992 as a modest import and distribution operation to become one of the leading exporters of outdoor furniture. We are looking for an Executive Assistant to COO who is responsible for supporting COO in following up to business activities in Vietnam to ensure all information updated in a timely manner and accurately.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the COO.
• Review, determine the priority and routes incoming correspondence, reports, requests and instructions; handle or refer matters as directed.
• Follow up all Departments where instructed to receive the final updated information required.
• Work with Factories/Suppliers/Vendors on behalf of COO.
• Support to translate Vietnamese to English or vice versa during factories visits and other occasions.
• Schedule, prepare agenda and meeting materials and type minutes for various meetings.
• Remind the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
• Compile, prepare and summarize reports, presentations and correspondence
• Order tasks designed by COO.
Knowledge, Education, Training
• University/College Degree in business administration or related fields.
• Knowledge of Furniture is an advantage
Experience
• At least 03 years of experience in Furniture/similar industries as same position.
Soft Skills/Behavioural Requirements:
· Fluency in both verbal and written English and English
· Good at Microsoft Office software – Excel Skill MUST be high Level.
· Strong in Negotiation Skill, Time-Management Skill, Leadership Skill
