About the role:

The Executive Assistant to the Group CEO will act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner, providing high-level support in corporate governance, transformation, and change management initiatives. This role requires a forward-thinking professional who can synthesize information, provide actionable insights, and support the CEO in driving strategic priorities across the group and its subsidiaries. The ideal candidate has a strong background in corporate governance, project management, and business transformation, with exceptional analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning and Advisory

  • Assist Group CEO in developing and executing strategic initiatives across groupwide businesses
  • Support Group CEO in the review and evaluation of subsidiaries' Annual Operating Plans (AOP), ensuring alignment with the group’s strategic goals
  • Collaborate with subsidiary leadership to assess business performance, identify gaps, and recommend adjustments for optimal outcomes upon request
  • Provide insights and recommendations on corporate governance, organizational transformation, and change management if needed
  • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.

2. Corporate Governance Support

  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance frameworks and best practices.
  • Prepare and review board materials, policies, and charters
  • Support the CEO in managing relationships with key stakeholders, including board members and regulators

3. Change Management and Transformation

  • Provides advisor role to the GCEO and Head of Subs for a variety of special projects with great organizational impact in change management, transformation and restructuring
  • Collaborate with leadership teams across subsidiaries to implement transformation projects
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of transformation initiatives, identifying areas for improvement

4. Project Management

  • Lead and manage cross-functional and cross-subsidiaries projects, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project outcomes, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives
  • Develop project plans, track milestones, and report on progress to the CEO

5. Reporting and Communication

  • Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the group BOD office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management
  • Prepare high-level reports, presentations, and dashboards for the CEO
  • Represent the CEO in meetings and engagements as needed

Job Requirement

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred 
  • 5+ years of experience in a strategic advisory, corporate governance, or business operations, experience reporting directly to C-suites is a big plus
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects and driving organizational transformation
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong business-driven mindset, leadership and organizing skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Fluent communication in both English and Vietnamese
