Our expertise covers technology, machinery, equipment, supplies, and electroplating chemicals across the Indochina region.
We are currently looking for Secretary positions to strengthen the operational support team for the Board of Directors (BOD):
1. Sales Admin/Sales Operations:
Quantity: 02 (Ho Chi Minh City & Hanoi)
Job Description
Receive and follow up on orders from customers and the Sales team; coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare sales forecasts and Sales/KPI reports; input and track data on the ERP system.
Handle sales administration tasks: quotations, contracts, meeting minutes, and sales kits.
Support customer service by responding to inquiries related to products and order status.
Participate in Marketing & Sales activities and ERP/CRM projects depending on capability.
2. Executive Secretary / CEO Assistant
Quantity: 02 (Ho Chi Minh City)
Job Description
Manage the CEO’s schedule; arrange meetings; prepare documents, reports, and take meeting minutes.
Assist the CEO in coordinating, tracking, and following up tasks across departments.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to build the CEO’s personal brand and enhance corporate branding on media platforms.
Support internal communications, company events, CSR activities, and VIP customer/partner relations.
Consolidate management reports for the CEO and BOD; participate in special projects as assigned.
Sales Admin/Sales Secretary:
University degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Foreign Trade, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Minimum 01 year of experience in Sales Admin, Sales Operations, or Customer Service.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
Good English communication skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
Careful, responsible, and service-oriented.
Executive Secretary/CEO Assistant:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Communications, Foreign Languages, or related fields.
Minimum 01 year of experience as an Executive Secretary or Executive Assistant.
Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience in Marketing or Corporate Communications is an advantage.
