Export Document Air Freight Executive

Job Description

PURPOSE AND SCOPE

Export Document Air Freight Executive is responsible for handling daily air freight operations, including documentation, data entry, billing, and ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations and customers’ requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue shipping documentation accurately and on time.

• File AMS or submit EDI (FHL/FWB) as required.

• Coordinate documentation with cargo to ensure smooth shipment handling.

• Upload shipping documents and send pre-alerts to agents.

• Input costing and selling data into the system.

• Resolve documentation-related issues promptly.

• Ensure all operational activities comply with international shipping regulations, company policies, and customer SOPs.

• Complete and close files before the given deadlines.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 1 year of experience in air operation or related roles in freight forwarding/logistics.

• Basic knowledge of air cargo commodities and IATA regulations.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

• Strong teamwork spirit and customer-oriented mindset.

• Good numerical and analytical skills.

• Basic proficiency in English (reading & writing).

• Good computer skills, especially MS Office.
