EXPORT DOCUMENTATION & CUSTOMER SERVICES

- Deal with local and overseas customers for cargo information , export plan…

- Work pricing team and arrange space, booking …

- Work with shipping line / airlines / co-loaders / oversea agents…

- Handle all the shipments from booking until having the proof of delivery.

- Keep track of cargo routing and update the status to the concern whole

- Co-operate with sales department to take care customers

-           College/ University graduate preferred with Foreign trade, Economics, majored in International trading and transportation

-           Able to work under pressure

-          Good team work, long term working, responsibility.

-          Good oral & written communication skill in Vietnamese & English

-          Good computer literacy

-          Self- motivated

-           Experience in related field would be an advantage Bottom of Form- Honest

-          Well versed in Microsoft Office Applications

-          At least 05 years of sea export document service experience in Freight forwarders is an advantage

-          Priority handle EU, USA shipments is an advantage
