Export Documentation Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Export Documentation Specialist to handle all export-related paperwork and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing export documentation for sea freight shipments and be familiar with customs procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify all export documents for sea freight shipments
- Coordinate with shipping carriers and customs agents to ensure timely clearance of goods
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain accurate records of all export documentation
- Stay informed about changes in export regulations and ensure compliance with international trade laws

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in export documentation for sea freight shipments
- Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
