Achieve export sales targets and manage the full sales cycle for agricultural products, including fresh fruits, frozen fruits, IQF, purée, and related processed fruit items.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with international customers, distributors, and business partners in assigned markets.
Negotiate and finalize export contracts, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, product specifications, production timelines, delivery schedules, payment terms, and other conditions.
Coordinate closely with Production, Logistics, Quality Control, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment that meets required standards.
Handle customer inquiries and negotiate adjustments or changes when required to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs, providing regular insights and recommendations for business development.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop new products and propose new business opportunities in targeted markets.
Support the resolution of customer complaints and ensure long-term client retention.
Contribute ideas to improve export processes, documentation, and operational efficiency.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in export sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with international clients.
Ability to manage export documentation, contracts, and shipment coordination.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and related business tools.
Fluent in English (both spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized with a strong sense of responsibility.
Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
