Job Description

Coordinate with the Freight desk and logistics providers to ensure booking and loading plan for export shipments.
Working closely with relevant departments to ensure loading plan arrangements as scheduled, review impact of logistics changes such as routines, sailing schedules, production readiness, …
Make shipping documents according to customers required.
Following up with the customers/destination team to ensure shipment delivered successfully.
Coordinate with logistics providers to complete customs declaration sheet exactly.
Using SAP for outbound shipping and documentation daily.
Using Fiori to get shipping charges/logistics costs booked for payment process monthly.
Settle payment logistics charges and follow with the Accounting and Finance team to ensure the payment is completed in time.
Implement Logistics KPI report and weekly report for relevant export.

BA of Supply chain management & Logistics, Economics Business, Foreign trade is required.
Experience in customs declaration, FTA & C/O application knowledge is preferred.
Experience working in EPE company is preferred.
Previous experience working with Customs brokers, forwarders, transport providers and international partners preferred.
