· Develop and manage export sales for bakery products (e.g., frozen bread, pastries, bakery ingredients,…).
· Identify and establish new business opportunities in target export markets (ASEAN, Middle East, Africa, etc.).
· Maintain and build strong relationships with international distributors, partners, and key customers.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis in assigned regions.
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
· Coordinate with internal departments (R&D, production, logistics, QA/QC, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
· Prepare export-related documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations (INCOTERMS, customs, food safety standards, etc.).
· Support marketing efforts by participating in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
· Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and report regularly to management.
· Education: Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or related field.
· Experience:
ü 2+ years in export sales, preferably in the bakery, FMCG, or food industry.
ü Experience with food handling/export documentation is a plus.
· Languages: Proficient in English or Korean (speaking and writing).
· Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
· Ability to travel internationally.
