      Job Description

      • Checking all information on the PO merchandiser sent, if missing information ask them to update and acceptonly when all is correct and complete.
      • Negotiate the best prices, surcharge, quality and Leadtime with suppliers
      • Work with Supplier to provide the detail fabric plan to ensure the delivery date is matching with Customer'srequest.
      • Fulfill the Fabric Tracking Data continuously.
      • Sending contract to supplier to be sure they are agreeing of UA requirement in the same time as the PO
      • Submitting the contract to Purchasing Manager to review before submitting to CFO for approval.
      • Ensure to commit to the timeline of submitting rule.
      • Transfer the payment document to Purchasing Admin to process for deposit.
      • Send the Bank Slip / TT copy to Supplier.
      • Request Supplier to send the Shipping Sample for reviewing.
      • Reviewing the Shipping Sample compared to the Swatch or Request.
      • Transfer the Shipping Sample and the approved Sample to QA Dept for final reviewing.
      • Transfer the Payment Document to Purchasing Admin to process the full payment.
      • If the payment term is TT before, send the TT copy to Supplier to get the delivery document
      • Transfer the delivery document to Import & Export Dept to arrange the Overseas Shipment.
      • Work with Supplier to receive the shipment on-time after receiving the payment.
      • Update the receiving status of the PO on ERP system when receive the delivery note from Supplier.
      • Make the request to Warehouse Dept to cut the fabric for testing before Stocking as required in the QualityManual.
      • Cooperate with QA Dept to the get the final result of the fabric to make the decision to stockin or not.
      • When the final decision of QAM is not cleared, ask for the advice from HoD before get back to Supplier.
      • Make the Balance Sheet and send to the Supplier for checking before get the final confirmation to settle thepayment.
      • Provide the Inspection Report to Warehouse to stocking or return to Supplier.
      • Work with Supplier to deliver the replenishment quantity.
      • Inform to Supplier to arrange their trucks to receive the return quantity.
      • Provide documents related to the return of goods to the supplier's warehouse.
      • When fabric/trim comes which defect, need to solve the problem in quickly and proactive to be sure not affectto production time
      • Receiving the labdip request from Commercial team.
      • Check if receive full information, if not, need to come back with Commercial team.
      • Receive labdip & transfer to qa for quality inspection
      • Send labdip & qa’s comments to merch
      • Work with supplier receive the required amount in advance to make pp sample
      • When fabric/trim comes which defect, need to solve the problem in quickly and proactive to be sure not affectto production time
      • Join in Pre-production meeting(face-to-face) to make clear the information about the artwork and print positionbefore bulk.
      • Update the latest delivery plan to the system to arrange the plan.
      • Any updating information needs to be updated before expires.

      Job Requirement

      • Bachelor’s degree or above
      • 1–2 years’ experience in garment or fabric purchasing
      • Strong background in Purchasing & Planning
      • Good English communication (work with overseas stakeholders)
      • Strong planning, analytical & risk management skills
      • Proficient in MS Office
      • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable
