Fabric Sourcing Manager

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Fabric Sourcing Manager ($2000, ID 21276)

• Lead fabric sourcing activities, supplier development, and vendor relationship management to ensure quality, cost, compliance, and delivery performance.
• Develop and implement sourcing processes, testing standards, and risk assessment procedures for new fabrics, fibers, and technologies.
• Manage supplier onboarding, audits, compliance certifications, and continuous improvement programs across the vendor base.
• Ensure fabric quality standards, material safety requirements, and approval processes (lab dips, strike-offs, yarn skeins, bulk lots) are effectively executed.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to achieve cost savings and supply chain efficiency.
• Drive fabric innovation, sustainability initiatives, and alternative source development to support business objectives.
• Build and maintain fabric collections, libraries, and approved supplier matrices.
• Provide technical support and coordinate with Product Development, Production, QA, Washing, Printing, and Supply Chain teams to resolve fabric-related issues.
• Monitor sourcing KPIs, control costs, manage supply risks, and drive operational excellence.
• Lead, coach, and develop sourcing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.

• Female, below 45 years old.
• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 8 years of experience in Fabric Sourcing & Development, including 5 years at Manager level.
• Strong expertise in fabric sourcing, fabric mill development, supplier management, and price negotiation.
• Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in English.
