Fabric / Trim Development Coordinator

- Work closely with New York team on fabric and trims development projects.

- Develop new fabrics, new trims.

- Identify, develop new fabric mills and new trim suppliers.

- Work with existing fabric and trims suppliers on development, daily update fabric and trim development charts

- Update and track internal system

- Communicate the comments and feedback between suppliers and NYO

- Negotiate, record the price of the fabric / trims at the development stage.

- Track the licensor approval status of the fabric mills and trims manufacturer.

- Partner with merchandising team all the development

- Partner with testing team to assure the mill/fabric/trim meet testing requirements

- Join exhibition to learn/pick new/novelty items(technique) for fabric/trim, understand the new trends in market

- Special projects as assigned

- University degree in major in Garment/ Textile or related field

- 1+ years of experience in the fashion industry

- Proven ability to work with international business partner to drive results

- Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail

- Teamwork
