FABRICATION CONTROL ENGINEER – LEVEL 1

− Production Planning:

• Develop detailed production plans, including cutting, bending, welding, and assembly processes.
• Determine required resources (manpower, materials, machinery).

− Production Supervision:

• Directly supervise the production process at the workshop.
• Inspect product quality at each stage of production.
• Resolve any issues that arise during production.

− Quality Management:

• Ensure products are manufactured according to design drawings and technical standards.
• Implement quality control measures.

− Schedule Management:

• Develop detailed project schedules and monitor progress.
• Ensure products are completed on time

− Safety Management: Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations during production.

− Reporting: Prepare regular reports on production progress and quality.

−         Education: University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or related fields.

−         Language: Japanese JLPT N2 or English to read and understand specialized documents.

−         Age: 24-50, Male.

−         Preference: Vietnamese or Japanese nationals with work and living experience in Japan, meeting all the required qualifications for the position.

−         Experience:

• Holder of a Japanese Steel Structure Fabrication Control Engineer Class1 Certificate.
• 鉄骨製作管理技術者1級　鉄骨技術者教育センター(Steel-Fabrication Enginees  Education Center)
• At least 3 years of experience in steel structure production.

−         Experience in production management and coordination.

−         Knowledge:

• Proficient in steel structure fabrication processes.
• Understanding of steel structure quality standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of engineering software (AutoCAD, production management software).
• Holder of a Japanese Steel Structure Fabrication Control Engineer Class 1 Certificate.

−         Skills:

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Time management and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
