Position 1: Under facilities management, provides support for the Addition and Alteration (A&A) Works maintenance activities and projects related to the needs of all facilities.
1. Maintenance Planning and Execution:
- Familiar with facility maintenance and building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and firefighting.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Execute maintenance requests from all departments.
2. Planning and Coordination:
- Assist in planning, implementing, and executing building maintenance programs.
- Develop reports for equipment monitoring and prepare detailed incident and technical reports.
- Supervise and coordinate work with contractors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
3. Leadership and Team Development:
- Provide appropriate knowledge and guidance to workers to ensure effective task execution.
- Develop procedures, forms, and checklists for workers.
4. Administrative and Ad Hoc Duties:
- Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by management.
- Contract management (manhole, air conditioning, etc.).
- Gather requests from operations for improving processes and performance.
- Attend to urgent matters outside of working hours to support operational continuity.
Position 2: Under facilities management, provides support for the maintenance activities and projects related to the needs of all facilities.
1. Hands-on Responsibilities:
- Inspect, operate, maintain, and repair electrical systems.
- Monitor and ensure the stable and uninterrupted operation of electrical systems.
- Quickly troubleshoot and resolve electrical-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the installation and modification of electrical systems as required for projects or improvements.
- Record and report unusual conditions of equipment or systems for timely solutions.
2. Planning Responsibilities:
- Develop periodic maintenance plans for all electrical systems.
- Monitor power consumption, prepare periodic and incident reports, and estimate operational costs.
- Document control.
3. Safety Responsibilities:
- Oversee compliance with safety regulations when working with electrical systems.
4. Project Responsibilities:
- Participate in the implementation and supervision of electrical engineering projects, ensuring progress and quality.
