Facilities Engineer

Work Location: Nhơn Trạch II Industrial Park - Đồng Nai (New Factory Project)

Duties and responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise the 24/7 Facilities Operations team to ensure safe, stable, and uninterrupted utility system operations.

- Monitor and optimize the performance of Facilities systems, including HVAC, Chiller, Boiler, Air Compressor, Electrical, Water - - Treatment, and other critical utilities.

- Coordinate shift operations, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure rapid response to minimize production downtime.

- Plan, monitor, and ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance (PM), operational inspections, and CMMS documentation.

- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for system failures and operational deviations.

- Drive energy-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and EHS teams to support manufacturing operations and ensure compliance with safety standards and SOPs.

- Provide technical leadership, coach operation technicians, and prepare operational performance reports on system reliability, energy consumption, and key incidents.

Opportunity for a 2-month overseas training assignment with a daily allowance of USD 40–50.

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in HVAC/ Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.

- Working Experience:

Typically, 2+ years of similar experience.

Experience in clean room environment, compressed air system, chiller water system, PCW system, RO & DI water system, BMS system, power system, and technology, managerial/leadership experience will be plus.

Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.

Fluent in English; additional proficiency in Chinese is highly preferred.
