1. Maintenance Planning and Execution:
- Manage and implement facilities maintenance schedules and routine inspections
- Ensure facility tasks completes on time, complying with safety regulations and company policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve facilities technical issues in areas such as electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, fire safety, landscape, water supplies and structure
- Proactive propose improving and enhancement project
2. Coordination and Supervision:
- Supervise contractors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Collaborate with departments, contractors, and consultants to address technical issues
3. Documentation and Improvement:
- Develop and refine forms, checklists, and procedures for daily inspections and maintenance tracking
- Prepare technical reports and monitor equipment performance
- Participate in safety meetings, risk management, and improvement discussions
4. Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with departments and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and regulations
- Support ad-hoc tasks and urgent matters as assigned by management
5. Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with fire safety and workplace safety regulations
- Implement risk assessments for the department and participate in safety meetings, 6S, and improvement discussions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure all tasks comply with safety protocols and company policies
