Office Layout & Space Management
- Update and modify office layouts and seating plans whenever adjustments are required.
- Implement layout changes based on operational needs and departmental headcount growth.
- Work closely with HR, IT, and relevant departments to ensure office space is efficient and flexibly arranged, supporting the company’s growth and development.
Facility Operation & Hands‑on Maintenance
- Directly handle basic technical and maintenance issues within the office, including:
- Furniture, doors, locks, and interior accessories
- Basic plumbing fixtures (washbasins, toilets, faucets – basic level)
- Office partitions and finishing works
- Proactively inspect and identify facility-related issues during daily operations.
- Plan and perform periodic preventive maintenance for office facilities.
Asset Management & Control
- Participate in managing office facility assets, including:
- Furniture (desks, chairs, cabinets, partitions, etc.)
- Office and facility-related equipment
- Coordinate with related teams (Admin / Finance / HR / IT) to:
- Track asset allocation, relocation, and retrieval during layout changes or employee movements
- Ensure sufficient seating capacity is provided for employees
- Perform and coordinate periodic asset inventory in accordance with company regulations.
- Record and update asset-related information on system, included: damage, wear and tear due to usage, asset loss (if any)
- Actively propose for: Asset repair or maintenance, asset replacement or liquidate when no longer fit for use
- Ensure asset data is accurate and effectively support: Office operations, layout changes & Internal audits or inspections
M&E & Lighting System
- Perform basic mechanical & electrical (M&E) tasks, including:
- Power outlets, switches, circuit breakers, and office electrical devices
- Inspection and replacement of lighting fixtures
- Adjustment of lighting systems following layout changes
- Understand equipment operating principles and ensure safety while performing maintenance tasks.
- Proactively coordinate with contractors when issues exceed internal handling capabilities.
Construction & Contractor Coordination
- Participate in projects such as office repairs, renovations, and fit‐out.
- Work directly with construction, M&E, and interior contractors throughout project implementation.
- Supervise and inspect on‑site works to ensure compliance with approved layout drawings and basic MEP technical drawings.
- Coordinate with the Building Management team to ensure proper construction procedures, safety regulations, and fire protection (PCCC) compliance.
- Participate in the handover and acceptance of completed work scopes as assigned.
Other Tasks
- Propose solutions to reduce energy consumption and improve the efficiency of office facilities and infrastructure.
- Support other team members when needed.
- Perform other tasks by the line manager.
