Facility Engineer

Key Responsibilities

(1) To control and maintain a good quality, provide continuous and stable operation such as BMS, Temperature and humidity, Electrical, Exhaust, Vacuum, DI water, Wastewater treatment system, Compressed Air, Nitrogen, Plumbing, Fire protection systems, Building & Interior maintenance.

(2) Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of facilities operations in terms of cost, performance and efficiency.

(3) Responsible for preventive and routine maintenance; overhaul and modification of building and production equipment; emergency repair of buildings, equipment and utility systems.

(4) May perform or assist in the installation and relocation of new and/or existing equipment.

(5) Energy consumption statistics and analysis, report, make plans to reduce energy consumption

(6) Execute Emergency Response activities during a emergency situation.

(7) Plan, coordinate and ensure all facilities work in compliance with required specifications, regulatory requirement, quality of work and safety standards.

(8) Prepared and ensured proper docs for internal/external Audit.

(9) Other duties as and when required by Facility supervisor/ Facility manager.

• Bachelor or College degree in Engineering, i.e. Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant fields.

• Experience with at least an additional 7 years.

• Hands-on experience in Operation & Maintenance of the utility system.

• Candidate must know how to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to maintain various budgets, expense reports and presentation reports.
