Job Description

Repair and replace Fitout items in Starbucks stores such as restroom fixtures, window and door frames & handle, paintings, tiling, ceiling repairs, etc.
Repair and replace MEP items in Starbucks stores such as electrical equipments, sockets, lighting, wiring, pumps, etc.
Responsible for facilities assessments with regard to all engineering disciplines, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, architectural.
Coordinate and oversee all vendor activities within Starbucks stores.
Responsive communication with Operation & Construction team to update maintenance schedule & result

Job Requirement

Experience in maintenance field, preferably gained from F&B industry,
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Be hands-on and open-minded thinking.
Fluency in Microsoft applications & English is a plus
