Facility Staff (Nhân Viên Bảo Trì Cơ Sở Vật Chất)

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

The Facilities is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks.
Performance of building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g. carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, etc.). 
Performs general cleaning and other tasks as assigned.

Chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện các công việc bảo trì tòa nhà định kỳ.
Thực hiện các công việc bảo trì trong một hoặc nhiều lĩnh vực (ví dụ: Điện, hệ thống sưởi, thông gió và điều hòa không khí (HVAC), hệ thống ống nước, v.v.).
Thực hiện vệ sinh tổng quát và các công việc khác theo sự phân công.

CHI TIẾT VAI TRÒ VÀ TRÁCH NHIỆM:

 1. Repair, maintain/monitor all equipment (Sửa chữa, bảo trì/giám sát tất cả thiết bị)
2. Change of all filters for HVAC as required (Thay thế toàn bộ bộ lọc cho hệ thống HVAC khi cần)
3. Prepare computers for incoming hire; remove or rearrange furniture for new layout (Chuẩn bị máy tính cho nhân viên mới; tháo dỡ hoặc sắp xếp lại bàn ghế cho bố trí mới)
4. Change light bulbs, interior and exterior, as needed (Thay bóng đèn trong và ngoài tòa nhà khi cần)
5. Maintain electric devices (Bảo trì các thiết bị điện)
6. Performs other work related duties as assigned (Thực hiện các công việc khác có liên quan theo sự phân công)

Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Tốt nghiệp Trung Cấp trở lên, chuyên ngành Điện,...).

Experience in maintenance and repair of electrical systems and chillers (Kinh nghiệm sửa chữa, bảo trì hệ thống điện, chiller).

Basic knowledge of electrical and water systems (Có kiến thức cơ bản về điện, nước).

Willing to work overtime when required (Có thể tăng ca khi có yêu cầu).

Basic English communication skills (Tiếng anh giao tiếp cơ bản, nhằm hỗ trợ từ xa cho công ty ở Mỹ và ở Đức).
