• Compile quality specification, technical specification, test method for packaging & labeling material, raw material, finished product.
• Physicochemical inspection of bulk and finished product.
• Check the quality of production water, tap water.
• Sampling and testing raw material, bulk product, intermediate product and finished product. Evaluate the testing result.
• Determine the cause and handling when test/ inspection results were out of specification.
• Check, maintenance and calibration analysis equipment.
• Control and maintain for documentation of Quality control department.
• Inspection for microbial limit of bulk and finished product
• Follow other duties required from QC Manager.
