Responsible for overall plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operation.
2.Production Planning and Efficiency:
Develop and execute production plans to meet delivery schedules, quality standards, and cost objectives.
3.Quality and Process Control:
Ensure product quality meets company and customer requirements; drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
4.Cost and Resource Management:
Control operational costs, manage budgets, and maximize resource utilization.
5.Safety and Compliance:
Maintain a safe workplace and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
6.Team Leadership and Development:
Lead, motivate, and develop cross-functional teams to build a disciplined and high-performing organization.
7.Continuous Improvement and KPI Management:
Drive performance improvement through KPI tracking, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S initiatives.
1. Education:Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
2. Experience:Minimum 8–10 years of manufacturing management experience, including at least 3–5 years in a Plant Manager or equivalent leadership role.
3. Professional Skills:
Technical & Analytical Skills, Solid understanding of production processes, maintenance systems, and quality control.
Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
4.Language: Good command of English or Chinese
5.Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.Proven ability to manage multi-department operations and lead diverse teams to achieve goals.
