Create and manage tech packs, ensuring accuracy in specifications, measurements, and construction details.
Collaborate with merchandising and production teams to ensure feasibility, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
Research fashion trends, fabrics, and trims to propose innovative yet commercially viable designs.
Oversee sample development, reviewing fit, quality, and finishing to meet brand standards.
-Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in corporate design roles.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Competencies
-Strong creative vision with proven ability to translate trends into market-relevant products.
-Technical expertise in knitwear and light woven construction, including fabric behavior and finishing techniques.
-Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other design software for sketching and technical drawings.
-Solid understanding of U.S. retail market requirements, including compliance and quality standards.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to coordinate across design, merchandising, and sourcing teams.
-Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
-Minimum 5 years of professional experience in apparel design, preferably with exposure to the American market.
