Chain of Custody Management: Maintain an end-to-end traceability system to track organic coconuts from the farm gate through every stage of the supply chain.
Internal Audit Execution: Lead and document rigorous internal audits of suppliers and farmer groups to ensure 100% compliance with international organic standards (e.g., USDA Organic, EU, etc.)
Corrective Action: Identify non-compliance issues during field visits and work with farmers to implement immediate corrective measures to maintain their organic status.
Audit Readiness: Prepare, organize, and maintain all "Organic System Plan" (OSP) documentation and traceability records to ensure compliance.
Technical Reporting: Synthesize field data into clear, actionable reports for senior management, highlighting supply chain risks or community development progress.
Co-ordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to gather information for development projects
Community Development: Facilitate research projects that align farmer prosperity with ecological health, ensuring long-term supply chain resilience.
Researching trends: Keeping up with the latest sustainability programs, practices, and trends in the coconut industry
Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor or manager
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, or a related field; Recent graduates with high academic performance are encouraged to apply.
Experience: 2+ years of professional experience
Knowledge of Organic certification programs such as: EU & USDA/NOP Organic standards , Rainforest Alliance,… experience in coconut farming is an advantage is an advantage.
Staff in good health, working hard and willing to learn and improve self skills, have good communication skills.
