1. Review, compile & evaluate monthly forecast submission from heads of channel, trade & marketing, and submission of consolidated commercial business forecast to various department ie planner & finance (Cambodia, Taiwan & other domestic Market)
2. Prepare various analysis report include commercial PL by channels, regions & brand (Cambodia, Taiwan & other domestic Market)
3. Review, monitor & tracking of trade & marketing expense, including accruals & actual payment management to avoid surprises in under or over-accruals (Cambodia, Taiwan & other domestic Market)
4. Conduct in-depth portfolio assessments to set brand objectives, identify price realization gaps, highlight white spaces and ensure price-pack execution to support the brand and portfolio strategy
5. Optimize channel-customer / pack mix to accelerate profitable growth for Taisun and customers
6. Evaluate consumer promotional strategies including alignment with brand objectives, promotional responsiveness as well as ROI profile. Recommend an optimal promotion strategy.
7. Identify conclusions through in-depth analysis, using financial tools/frameworks and methodologies which will be developed over time for this role
8. Develop methodologies in order to perform financial analyses and scenario development that will be the base for portfolio pricing simulations and white space launches
9. Collaborate and act as a crucial link between the Marketing, Customer and Finance teams throughout the NRM process to ensure strategy alignment and execution
Working conditions:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance
3+ years of experience in Financial planning, or FP&A; Experience in FMGC Company will be priority
Good Microsoft Skill (office, Excel) and good adaptability to the new software
Ready for Business Trip when needed

Good problem solving & Communication Skill
