Finance Director (Manufacturing, Open for Korean, USD 4000)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Finance Director (Manufacturing, Open for Korean, $4000, ID14916)

• Create and implement a strategic plan that is both clear and successful for the manufacturing facility, align it with the company's overall objectives and financial goals
• Manage the plant's finances in all its forms, including financial reporting, cost control, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Oversee and improve production processes with an emphasis on cost-effectiveness, quality, and efficiency.
• Create and manage a high-achieving management team by encouraging a collaborative, responsible, and innovative culture.
• Oversee the supply chain to guarantee prompt manufacturing, inventory management, and effective logistics.
• Take proactive steps to detect and reduce hazards that could affect the plant's capacity to operate or its ability to make money.
• Create and put into action risk management plans.
• Cultivate positive relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, government authorities, and local communities

• Male/Female. Age: 35-45 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• At least 5 years of working experience in the same position at manufacturing companies
• Fluent in English
