Finance Executive (Tax)

• Report to: BU SEA Supply Finance cum Tax manager
• 3rd Party Contract

PURPOSE OF POSITION

• VAS report
• Data support for Tax/ custom audit
• Tax risk finding
• Other analysis and task for operation and management decision
• Scan finance document for soft doc storage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plant SAB Beer and ABI Brewery

Tax:

• Tax risk finding
• Data for Tax/ custom audit
• Data analysis for Tax base
• Finding and arrange supporting doc for Tax/ Custom audit purpose.
• Scan supporting document for soft document storage.

Reporting:

• Mapping GCOA with VAS account
• VAS report checking
• Other task for reconcile.

Trading ABI and SAB DIS

Tax:

• Tax risk finding
• Data for Tax/ custom audit
• Data analysis for Tax base
• Finding and arrange supporting doc for Tax/ Custom audit purpose.
• Scan supporting doc for soft doc storage.

Reporting:

• Mapping GCOA with VAS account
• VAS report checking
• Other task for reconcile.

Others: Conduct projects or tasks as and when assigned by Supervisor in a timely manner.

• University Degree on finance, economics
• Experience in Tax audit and external audit. Experience in beer industry is a plus.
• Fresh with knowledge VAS and Tax. Experience in auditing/consulting firms is a plus.
• Refer Tax working experience
• Conversant in English and Vietnamese.
• Office computer, strong Excel skill
• VAS and Tax knowledge
• Analytical skills
• Communication skills
• Overtime when need.
