Finance Executive

• Issue commercial and VAT invoices, ensure all revenues are accurately recorded in Epicor (ERP system).
• Verify all documents, prepare or review journal entries, controll the general and subsidiary ledgers of revenue, AR, AP and ensuring timely and accurate recording in accordance with GAAP and VAS regulations.
• Handle payment for oversea vendors and follow up loan repayment plans.
• Develop and monitor cashflows plans and propose measures to improve cashflows and ensure sufficient cash to maintain the company’s smooth operations.
• Provide financial analysis to support management’s decision-making.
• Liaise with external partiers including auditors, tax authorities, government authorities, banks, etc as needed.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax declaration and payment (VAT, PIT, CIT, WHT/FCT, etc).
• Prepare documentation for tax filing, tax returns, annual financial statement audits, and assist with audits if required.
• Propose improvements to processes associated with the departmental operations and/or impacting the company’s accounting records and financial results.
• Enhance financial data security and conduct database backups as required.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by line manager, Group controllers or BODs.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Professional certifications are advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting and/or finance.
• Intermediate English communication skill.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, logical thinking and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team as well as independently and proactively.
• Experience using ERP accounting software is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel.
• High sense of responsibility, attention to detail and meticulousness

Ability to work under high pressure.
