Job Description

  • Analyze COGS and manufacturing costs across assigned product lines, providing actionable insights to support business and cost management decisions.
  • Perform BOM vs. Actual cost analysis to identify cost variances, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Conduct productivity and capacity utilization analysis to evaluate operational performance and drive efficiency improvements.
  • Monitor and forecast raw material price movements, assessing their impact on product costs and profitability.
  • Develop cost sensitivity analysis and financial models to evaluate the impact of material price fluctuations and other cost drivers.
  • Support product costing and pricing activities for new product launches, ensuring cost competitiveness and target margins.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management analysis packages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, R&D, and Commercial to identify and implement cost improvement initiatives.
  • Support other Finance-related projects and ad-hoc analysis as assigned.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Costing, Management Accounting, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or a similar role; experience in Big4, FMCG, or Manufacturing is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of product costing, COGS analysis, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into practical business insights.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with accounting/ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage industry or other consumer goods manufacturing environments is a strong advantage.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both Finance and non-Finance teams.
