Overview
Be responsible for development, management to implement financial policies, programs, and undertakings of NLADC under the overall strategic direction. Construct and develop short, medium, and long-term financial strategies to ensure the effectiveness of capital for business and investment activities, profit maximization, preserving and growing capital for NLADC.
Managing the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process. Generating reports & analysis to assist in decision making.
Responsibility
1. Overall financial performance of NLADC and entities under NLADC
- Develop and manage to achieve short and long-term financial goals for NLADC based on the business plan of NLG.
- Being responsible for the financial performance of NLADC including business planning, cash flow management, controlling revenues and profit of NLADC as a whole and subsidiaries under NLADC.
- Control and tracking the cash flows of on-going projects based on its feasibility studies (“FS”).
- Participate in evaluating the financial variability of business investment projects of NLADC.
- Review financial efficiency of investments of NLADC.
- Propose and implement the policies, procedures, and overall financial-related guidelines in line with financial policies of NLG.
- Prepare cash flow reports for NLADC projects
- Create management reports as required.
2. Budget & control, business planning
- Lead and manage financial budgeting, business planning and forecasting process for entities NLADC.
- Control budget and cash flow of the projects based on the approved annual plan at NLADC.
- Develop, implement, and control annual budget and implementation cost to ensure cost effectiveness of the company.
- Develop an annual personnel plan to meet the business targets/goals in order to come up with the proper operation budget.
3. Subsidiaries performance management
- Control the performance of entities under NLADC. This includes business planning, profit and loss accounts, cash flows and capital resources of these entities.
- Provide effective and efficient fact-based financial information, evaluation, and overall performance of entities under NLADC.
- Lead and manage financial budgeting and forecasting process for entities under NLADC.
- Monitor, manage, analyze, forecast, and balance cash flow to ensure adequacy of fund for entities under NLADC.
- Oversee and ensure integrity and robustness of financial review and performance management process for NLADC.
- Propose, participate & implement the capital increase, divest and restructure for the entities under NLADC.

- Review and update existing Finance SOPs across NLADC and project companies to ensure alignment with regulations, group policies, and operational needs.
- Develop and formalize new SOPs covering treasury, budgeting, reporting, and project financial management.
- Coordinate with departments and subsidiaries to ensure consistent SOP implementation and compliance.
- Manage and monitor finance-related projects (e.g., process improvement, system enhancement, policy rollout).
5. Manage relationship with stakeholders
- Manage relationships with business partners, banks, financial institutions, credit institutions, governments, state authorities (tax, audit), ect.
- Maintain and develop friendly relations with strategic partners, audit, and consulting companies.
- Perform additional tasks and assignments as requested by direct management.
